There are several tests on the market but they’re not part of routine health screenings. Your doctor will be able to advise which one (if any) is best for you.

Loved this and all of your podcasts. Thank you so much.

My Yale affiliated gastro doctor fails to believe we can do anything to improve our gut microbiome. By chance would you be able to point us to a website o two (without endorsing them!) who offer these tests? I rather take my chances on tests that might not be helpful than do nothing. I am past 60 yrs of age w/several illnesses (including chronic migraines :: which is not helping my brain any). My mother suffered too many years from dementia and Alzheimers before passing away. I am eager to get my digestive system healthier. Thank you.

Today's presentation was superb - thank you very much! I know there's only so much you can squeeze into any given time slot, and you covered a lot of ground, in good fashion - thanks again
